We pack all our products carefully and securely, and have confidence that you’ll receive them intact. We will send your purchase via Royal Mail or courier service, depending on the size and weight. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of your purchase, unless we are creating your items to order, in which case we will contact you to inform you of any delay. If your order requires urgency, please make us aware and we’ll do what we can to get it to you as soon as possible, and please note that there may be an additional charge for this service. After dispatch, your order should arrive in 3-5 working days.

We ship to the United States using Royal Mail Standard in order to keep costs affordable for you. Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days. We have confidence that your order will arrive safely and within the time frame. However, once the package is with Royal Mail/USPS it is no longer in our control. If you don't receive your order within 10 working days, please let us know. 

We currently only ship within the UK and to the United States, however we will be opening up delivery to other parts of the world very soon.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel or amend your order at any time until it has been dispatched. You may not amend your order once it has been dispatched, however if you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, please email us (this will be treated as a return, please see below).

We are sure you'll love your purchase from Arya and hope that you may never have a cause to return a product to us. However, if you wish to make a return, please email us within 7 working days of receiving your order to inform us that you’d like a refund. In your email please quote your order number and the reason for the refund.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us and all items must be kept in their original condition. Please obtain proof of posting, and send via an insured and traceable method. We cannot be held liable for any items which go missing or get damaged in the post. If a parcel does go missing and never reaches us, it is your responsibility as the sender of the item, to claim from Royal Mail or the courier used.
